    STERNOMY® Stainless steel Synthetic and non absorbable suture

Description

    Surgical stainless steel thread, available as monofilement

Indications

    Osteosynthesis (sternum, olecranon, small bones of the hand and foot), tendinous sutures, hernia cures.

Contraindication

    STERNOMY ® sutures should not be used in patients with allergic sensitivity to metals contained in stainless steel to the Chromium, Nickle, copper, cobalt and iron.

Materials

  • Thread : 316 L surgical stainless steel thread, available as monofilament or multifilament.
  • Needle : Stainless steel, with various shapes and lengths, adapted to the wire diameter.

    Suture is conditioned by bag of 5 units, grouped is lumps of 10 bags.
