Adhe-FLOW® DUO : Duo Lumen Femoral Catheter Set for Haemodialysis

Adhe-FLOW® DUO is a femoral catheter set, is used for temporary vascular access for
haemodialysis and hemoperfusion.
Adhe-FLOW® DUO can be introduced by the subclavian vein or jugular, the femoral
route is the easiest to use in emergencies.
The process presents advantages of the single needle technique that provides two accesses
with a single puncture.

Properties

  • Straight and curved extensions flexible, atraumatic and hemoc ompatible in polyurethane
    thermosensitive radiopaque.
  • Radiopaque catheter fully implemented using the Seldinger te chnique.
  • The insertion of catheter in the venous system is made through the femoral vein.
  • The introduction of these catheters must be made by ultrasound guide and radiological
    verification of the position of the extremities.
  • Thin-walled catheter to ensure important venous calib er.
  • Extension line catheter in polyurethane with a clamp.
  • This is a complete kit including an ergonomic guide wire dispenser, allowing an aseptic use.

  • The ergonomic push guide allows to perceive any resistance to the advancement of the guide.

Indications

Adhe-FLOW®DUO is a femoral catheter set indicated for :

  • Haemodialysis
  • Hemoperfusion / Haemofiltration.
  • Peritoneal dialysis patients who develop peritonitis or und ergoing intervention in the
    abdomen and who need to switch to haemodialysis.
  • Arteriovenous fistula inoperative (too recent thrombosis) or to withdrawal.
  • State of shock, recovery time after surgery.
  • Septic shock.
